A lounge is wrong or has changed
Lounges close, move terminal and change their access rules without much warning. If something here does not match what you found at the airport, tell us and we will check it against the operator. Please include the link to the lounge page, what you saw, and the date you were there.
Access rules are the part most worth reporting — a card or membership that no longer gets you in, a new one that does, or a lounge that has started charging for entry.
A lounge is missing
Send the airport, the terminal, the lounge name and anything you know about who can get in. We add lounges every week and reader reports are one of the main ways we find new ones.
Your account
You can change your email or password, set your passport handle and choose whether your lounge passport is public from your account page. If you cannot sign in, or you never received the confirmation email, email us from the address you signed up with and we will sort it out.
To export or delete your account and everything in it, email us and say so. See the privacy policy for what we hold and how long we hold it.
iOS app
Tell us your device, your iOS version and the app version, and what you did just before the problem appeared. Screenshots help. Saved lounges are stored on the device, so they do not move between devices and they go when the app is deleted.
MCP server and AI assistants
Our lounge data is available to AI assistants through a hosted MCP server at
https://mcp.airportloungelist.com/mcp.

The MCP tools need an Airport Lounge List account, which you connect via OAuth. Your account also unlocks the personal tools — your lounge passport, visits, reviews and wishlist. You can disconnect at any time from your account page, which revokes the assistant's access.
For integration problems, include the tool name you called, the arguments you sent and the error you got back.
Business and press
Data licensing, partnerships and press enquiries go to the same address. Airport Lounge List is operated by Merchant Software Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14098922.
What we cannot do
We are an independent directory. We do not run any lounge, we cannot book you a seat, sell you a day pass, issue a refund or resolve a dispute about how you were treated at the door. For those, contact the lounge operator or the airline directly.
