1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of airportloungelist.com, the Airport Lounge List mobile application, and the Airport Lounge List MCP server at mcp.airportloungelist.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Airport Lounge List is operated by Merchant Software Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14098922. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company.

2. The Service

Airport Lounge List is a directory of airport lounges. It lists lounge locations, opening hours, amenities, and the credit cards, memberships, and ticket classes that may grant access. You can use the Service through the website, the mobile app, or an AI assistant connected to our MCP server.

3. Accounts

Searching lounge data needs no account. To write reviews, log visits, or keep a wishlist you must create a free account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.

4. MCP Server and Automated Access

Our MCP server lets an AI assistant query the Service on your behalf. Read-only lounge tools are open to anonymous callers and are rate limited per IP address. Tools that read or change your own reviews, visits, and wishlist require you to authorize the client through OAuth 2.0; you can revoke that authorization at any time from your account settings.

You must not circumvent our rate limits, scrape the Service in bulk, resell the lounge data as a competing database, or use the Service to build a substantially similar directory. We may change, rate limit, or withdraw the MCP server at any time.

5. Content You Submit

You keep ownership of the reviews, ratings, visit notes, and other content you submit. By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service, including through the MCP server. You confirm that your content is your own, is honest, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or advertising. We may remove content or reject a review at our discretion.

6. Accuracy of Lounge Information

Lounge access rules, opening hours, amenities, and card benefits change often and vary by terminal, airline, and ticket type. We work to keep the directory current, but we do not warrant that any listing is complete, accurate, or up to date. Always confirm access with the lounge operator or your card issuer before you travel. We are not responsible for a denied entry, a missed flight, or any other loss that follows from relying on the Service.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Service, its lounge database, its design, and its software are owned by Merchant Software Solutions Limited and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service. They do not transfer any ownership to you.

8. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Content

The Service links to airlines, lounge networks, card issuers, and other third parties. Some links earn us a commission. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or terms. A commission never changes how we describe a lounge or its access rules.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airport Lounge List is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 5 to 10 survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
