# Hamilton International Airport (HLZ) — Hamilton, New Zealand

At Hamilton International Airport (HLZ), travelers have access to the Air New Zealand Regional Lounge located in the Main Terminal. However, access to this lounge is limited to specific eligibility criteria. Travelers can enter the lounge if they hold a ticket for Air New Zealand Business Premier, are a member of the Star Alliance Gold network, or possess an Airpoints Elite or Elite Partner status.

Crucially, HLZ does not offer day passes for the lounge, meaning that those without the appropriate access cannot purchase entry, which may limit options for travelers seeking a relaxing space before their flight. If you are traveling through this airport and do not meet the access criteria, it’s advisable to plan accordingly, as alternative lounge facilities are not available. The Air New Zealand Regional Lounge provides a comfortable environment for eligible passengers to unwind and enjoy pre-flight amenities, but access is strictly regulated.
